Description

Parable Academy is a 2.5D tag team fighter with only one attack button. A Fabled curse has swept the world... ordinary teens have begun transforming into characters from their favorite stories. In order to keep these young people safe from their own curses, a university was set up - Parable Academy for Fabled Youths! Can these students survive the constant attacks from literature's greatest villains?

With simple movement controls and a single button to use for all attacks, Parable Academy is incredibly easy for newcomers to pick up.

Press the attack button with a direction to use your fighters' normal moves, or hold the button down to unleash powerful Supercharge attacks!

With 8 playable fighters from classic fiction to choose from at launch, you'll have the opportunity to master plenty of unique playstyles!

Alice uses a variety of tools including the Vorpal Sword, a flamingo croquet mallet, and a mad teacup barrage to perform strong bread and butter (or perhaps, bread-and-butterfly) combos!

The Creature harnesses the power of lightning to stun opponents, and comes alive with his devastating throws!

As Wendy, you'll believe you can fly with bonus air mobility. Grab foes' shadows to drag them across the screen, and clap your hands to summon fairies that carry opponents away!

Willie can play a silly symphony on the opponent with his powerful ranged attacks including steam whistles, music notes, and stretchy arms!

Use Dorothy's Silver Shoes to execute precision teleportation, and wear the Golden Cap to call limited-use favors from the Winged Monkeys!

Build up your tag meter by attacking opponents, then tag mid-combo to chain multiple characters' attacks together!

Alternatively, you can use your tag meter while under attack to bring in a teammate and punish the opponent - but take care that you don't get multiple fighters trapped in the enemy's moves.

With three fighters per team, there's no limits to the team optimizations you can hone!
