Welcome to Resort Galactica, a space hotel simulator where you design, build, and manage an extravagant resort among the stars.
We know starting up your own hotel franchise can be an incredibly daunting task, so we've put together a little list of what you can expect.
First, know that our guests come in all different shapes and sizes, and you should be ready to accommodate for them all - no matter how slimy.
Each species has its own set of wants and needs, and you will have to take care of them as best you can. If you don't, your reputation will begin to fall, and if it does you'll likely find yourself with an empty hotel pretty quickly.
Your guests will want to relax and unwind at your resort, so you'd best be ready to build them the facilities to do so.
Whether you want to wine and dine them with your fine-dining restaurants or give them a spa escape so relaxing that they are unable to move for days afterwards is up to you.
You can even cater for their... less conventional needs with a pleasure deck so exciting they'll never want to leave.
From time to time you will be asked to host certain events at your retreat. These are a sure fire way of bringing a lot of guests to your hotel, as well as making some extra money on the side.
These events can range from weddings to festivals - be warned, they will require a large amount of investment up front, but will almost certainly pay you back in no time.
You should know that it's not all fun and games running a galactic hotel. It's a harsh world out there, and you'll have to be prepared to protect your guests from whatever gets thrown your way.
Asteroid storms aren't uncommon in this area of the galaxy, so be sure to build defence systems - unless you want to be shelling out thousands every time a guest dies onboard your hotel.
Your resort will also be a prime target for the thieves of this side of the galaxy, so a few police-bots to patrol the hotel wont go amiss.
As you become more and more renowned throughout the galaxy you'll start to garner attention from a variety of different award committees.
These awards are are highly varied, but each comes with both an increase in demand alongside a not insignificant financial prize.
