Scan a wide variety of products, place them all in a bag, and finish up the transaction by taking cash, check, or card payments. Check out as many customers as you can within the time limit to earn more points.

Working Overtime Mode (whether you signed up for it or were pressured by your manager) means an opportunity to earn double points and a chance to get your name on the Top Employee Leaderboard.
